Segregation today! Segregation tomorrow! Segregation forever!

Excerpt: This is the ‘equity’ agenda, in which teachers discuss ‘racial awakening.’ For the second time in recent months, principal Adrian Harries of Nichols Middle School in Evanston, Ill., instructed his staff to segregate themselves by race. His emails directed the “white” staff to room 126 and the “staff of color” to room 226. (If true, this is an outrageous perversion of the civil rights reforms of the 1960s and onwards. While what we used to call "rap sessions" in that time may give safe space for some to expose their aggrieved feelings, they will not foster the educational aims purportedly being addressed. And what about teachers of "non-color" (how's that for PC terminology)? Does this kind of staff bifurcation imply that they are the source of black students' lagging performance.
